How to unsubscribe
Send a message to majordomo@self.serve.com
In the body of the message type:
 

unsubscribe membership your_e-mail your name

For example:
unsubscribe membership jdoe@aol.com Jane Doe
 

How to send a message to the list:
Send your message to membership@watesol.org. The list manager will approve your message and send it to the list subscribers. Be patient! The list manager cannot always check his messages right away!
